It’s easy for anyone to take summer classes – current and future Moorhead students, high school students, students from other colleges or community members. Summer Session helps you catch up, get ahead or get done more quickly.

Courses are offered in flexible three-, four-, five-, six- and eight-week sessions from May 20 - July 31. Morning start times vary, with afternoon and evening classes usually starting around 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. respectively. This year’s course schedule offers more than 400 courses, including many LASC and writing-intensive courses.

We know you have summer plans, which is why about 75 percent of summer offerings will be offered completely or mostly online. But remember, summer courses are accelerated and require a substantive time commitment and effort.

The flexibility of Summer Session provides you the opportunity to balance other summer obligations while advancing your educational goals, such as preparing for an internship or jump starting the next academic year.

Minnesota State Moorhead offers affordable in-state tuition for all undergraduate degree seeking students no matter what state they live in.
