Sometimes life simply gets in the way. If you are denied admission, we encourage you to appeal the decision to help us put your life circumstances in perspective. Please fill out the appropriate Admission Appeal form.

Undergraduate Applicants Seeking Consideration by the Appeals Committee

If you are not initially offered admission to Minnesota State Moorhead, you may submit this form to be individually reviewed by the Admission Committee.

Graduate Applicants Denied Admission

A formal denial is sent to the applicants via email. If you have questions on your admission decision, please contact the Office of Admissions.
