Sexual assault survey: Additional Survey Information
There is a lot of misinformation floating around on all sorts of topics, sexual relationships, consent and sexual violence are not immune. In fact, a lack of knowledge is often a significant factor in instances of sexual assault and related crimes. This is particularly true in the 16 - 25 years old age group. Certain situations may seem ambiguous, for example, receiving a message with intimate photos of someone else, consent for sexual acts while intoxicated, determining if body language counts as consent and understanding the right to change your mind after giving consent.
To help provide students with important information, and allow them the opportunity to ask questions on these topics in complete anonymity, 香港六合彩资料, along with several other high schools in the Montreal area, have agreed to participate in a being run by a law student at the University of Montreal. The purpose of this survey is to collect questions and experiences. The goal is to create a guide on these topics that will be distributed to students. The guide will explore the legal framework around these issues and provide students with information that will help prevent any undesirable situations in the future. This survey is completely voluntary & anonymous. Its goal is to benefit you in your education on the topic and help you understand your rights.
