Catering in the Comstock Memorial Union

Planning to serve food or refreshments at your event in the CMU? Dining Services, managed by Sodexo, provides full-service catering tailored to your event. Their professional team will work with you to design a menu that fits your needs, budget, and vision. Whether it’s a meeting, luncheon, or celebration, Dining Services is here to help you host a successful event.

Contact directly to begin planning your event. All of your event catering must go through Dining Services, contact them at least two weeks prior to your event to ensure availability.

Square Tomato Catering

Recognized student organizations may access Square Tomato Catering, a low-cost, no-frills option designed to support student group events. Contact directly to begin planning your event. Please place your order at least two weeks prior to your event to ensure availability.

Request for Dining/Catering Waiver

The Dining Services vendor must be utilized unless a waiver has been granted. In recognition and respect for the diversity of food programming that exists, a request for waiver process has been established. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. Requests fall into three categories: Student Organization $50 Event Waiver, Bake Sale/Donated Food/Fundraiser Waiver, and Off-Campus Vendor Prepared Food Waiver.
